  • Stochastic Single Server (MM1) queues

  • Continuous ramp queue approximation
  • MD1 ramp metering queues
  • Oversaturated ramp queues
  • Statistical distribution of traffic on signalized systems
  • Application of statistical models to dual-ring controllers
  • Mathematical models of signal coordination
  • Integration of demand with signal timing principles
Class Schedule:

Meets for 3 hours of lecture each week for 10 weeks.
